The SmartTOP cannot void your warranty, it sends the EXACT SAME SIGNAL PATTERN across your cars data bus that the cars own controllers would send if a particular feature were active or running or in use etc.
Since the product is doing nothing more than sending/receiving codes that are car manufacturer codes in the first place and sometimes holding them or sometimes repeating them, there should be no possible way that this product could damage your car or void the warranty.
However, for warranty repairs we recommend to turn the unit off or even uninstall it.
