1 ACCESS AND USE
1.1 We will provide you with access to the Website and make available our merchandise products in accordance with these Conditions.
1.2 Our products may ONLY BE INSTALLED AND USED SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. See paragraph 5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
1 YOUR OBLIGATIONS
2.1 You agree not to use the Website (or any part of) or any of our products for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws.
2.2 You agree to only use our products as specified and with maximum caution. Furthermore you agree to not open, modify or otherwise tamper with the product.
3 TERMS OF PAYMENT
All prices on the website are final. All sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, send us an email or contact us via the web-form BEFORE your order is shipped for a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, please see below for returns.
Credit card payments are processed in our name by CK Software - Credit card statement will show a charge by "CK Software".
WARNING: A fee of 25 Euro will be brought to account for any chargebacks.
4 RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied, send the product(s) back to us within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Please note: for a full refund all returned products must be in appropriate condition. Scratched or damaged items are subject to a restocking/refurbishing fee.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Scholz Tuning GmbH OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OF THAT PERSON'S USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES (EVEN IF Scholz Tuning GmbH OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR FROM INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES).
