How can I open the module up to swap the electronics board on the inside after receiving a replacement from Mods4cars support? There are no screws on the enclosure anywhere.

The new, custom designed Mods4cars product enclosure is a screwless snap design. Here is a video showing how to properly open it, swap the PCB on the inside and then close it.
